A luminous sphere, composed for irregular bands that act as a reflective surface inside and as a diffuser on the outside, creating a soft and fascinating suspended shine.

The use of an opaque material helps to create the special light effect of this lamp, with light beams projected upwards and with a direct downward illumination, suitable to bring out a precise area of ​​space.

The irregular edge of the beams fills the volume of Le Soleil with an architectural effect and makes it always different, according to the observer's point of view.

Vicente Garcia Jimenez designer Le Soleil


Vicente Garcia Jimenez was born in Valencia (Spain) in 1978. He is graduated in Technical Engineering in Industrial Drawing by the Faculty of Experimental Sciences in Castellón de la Plana. He moved to Barcelona where he worked with Santa & Cole.

A strong need to develop his formal and creative skills took him to Milan from where, after some brief professional experiences, he moved to Údine.

And in Udine where, in 2005, he opened his studio, which develops lighting, furniture and packaging products, collaborating with numerous companies.
