She studied at the School of Industrial Design at Cardenal Herrera CEU University in Valencia and did a year of internship at the University of Applied Sciences and Design in Pforzheim, Germany. She began her professional career in industrial design at the German studios Idea, Busse Design and Prodesign.
Each summer since 2002, she has also collaborated with the workshops of the Vitra Museum and the Georges Pompidou Center in southwest France.
In 2006 she came into contact with the well-known Swedish company Ikea and was part of her design department in Älmhult for six months. Later she has maintained the contact with Ikea becoming freelance designer of diverse types of products every year.
Since 2007 Inma lives in Spain and is part of Lladró's internal design department where she has developed pieces for the most classic product line as well as for the most innovative Lladró Atelier with successful products such as "The parrot party" and "Metropolis".
In 2001, she received the first prize for Furniture Design by Andreu World, several special mentions at the C'DIM Furniture Fair in Valencia, and the "50 candy with stick" contests and Imagineering by Dupont. In 2008 Ritto's Steel product, designed by Inma in the Proddesign studio, received the Designplus award and was nominated for the Design Preis Award in 2009.
