It has a French name, was born in Germany, but its Spanish accent leads to the Canary Islands, where it grew. He arrived in Barcelona in the mid-eighties to finish studies of interior design. Shortly afterwards he went to Milan and discovered the industrial design collaborating with the architect Marco Zanuso jr. In the development of products for companies such as De Padova, Memphis and Driade; The architects Roberto Menghi and Giulio Crespi; The industrial designer Sergio Coppola; And the architect Antonio Zanuso in the winning project of the Piazza della Republica competition. This Milan stay marked him deeply.
A restless man, he seems to be the bearer of that coming and going of his Belgian progenitors, who ventured to settle in the Spain of the 60s. With a father architect and handyman (he manufactured the house lamps with origami paperwork that he had learned while working in Germany), thirty years ago he moved from professional swimming competition to the world of design. He remains open to the unforeseen events of life, does not exclude that maybe one day he leaves and is engaged in something very different.
Established in Barcelona for many years, he is one of the veteran designers of Marset, for whom he has created a few successful products.
